Taking on the task of decorating a home can be a huge undertaking.  Choosing a specific design style to fit your taste can be complicated when you have an eclectic design palette.  If your have a wide array of styles that you like and you have an entire home to decorate, designate each room with a different style option.  That way, you will have all of your favorite styles to enjoy each time you enter a different room.  Using some interior design tips that you have gathered will help you put your decorating sense to good work.

Although you may want to use a different design style in each room, it is still important that one room flows into the other so that there is not a huge contrast in design style.  Keeping the color scheme similar can help you each individually decorated room into the other.  If you are designing bedrooms, try having each one with a different style theme.  If it is separate

from the main part of the house, you will be able to make each bedroom completely different while still allowing the rest of the main living rooms similar.

No matter what your decorating tastes are, mixing items you already have in your home with new pieces is a great way to get the most bang for your buck that will add style and you own personal flair to any room.  Look into magazines and decorating books for some easy inspiration and for some great interior design ideas.
